By minimizing the Onsager-Machlup integral with a neural-network framework, this Letter determines the most probable paths of a three-dimensional active Brownian particle. These optimal transition pathways exhibit distinct geometric shifts from planar to helical shapes. The work provides a versatile framework for exploring optimal transition pathways in active and nonequilibrium systems.
