Phase diagram of magnetic vortices in a superconducting glass. Moving vortices create resistance in superconductors, and their dynamics can be probed by measuring how the resistance varies with magnetic field. Three distinct vortex-pinning phases are shown: a depinning phase at low field and driving current; a pinning region; and a second depinning phase at higher current.
