The authors develop a method for measuring the top quark mass using boosted top jets. Making use of a SCET (Soft Collinear Effective Theory) -based factorization result and light grooming to remove extra radiation, they find promising results for extracting this key Standard Model parameter.

This paper focuses on all one-loop corrections to the Bethe-Heitler process involved in the reaction . These corrections are of paramount interest as they serve to check the exactness of the so called of the standard model, which requires that effective lepton proton interaction should be the same for electrons and muons. The authors compare the full one-loop calculation with a soft-photon approximation to the same order and present estimates for future experiments.
