Abstract
Using considerations of Mandelstam analyticity and conformal mapping, we have related the slope parameters for the forward peaks of , , , and elastic scattering to equations for the boundaries of spectral functions. From an analysis of the existing data for large values of energies, the effective shape of different spectral functions has been computed.
