Lower Bound on in Decay

Abstract
A lower bound on is derived under the assumption that the chiral SU(2) × SU(2)-breaking correction term to the soft-pion theorem in decay is positive. We adopt earlier estimates of phenomenological parameters by Okubo and obtain .
