Gauge Transformation in the Thirring Model

Abstract
It is shown that gauge transformations, which modify the dimension of the field in the Thirring model, leave invariant the anomalous dimension of the compound fields . The modifications of the operator-product expansion of required by the guage transformation are also presented.
