T, P, and C Symmetries in KL,Sγγ

Abstract

The Bernstein-Michel analysis of π0γγ is applied to the decays KL,Sγγ. It is shown that, in contrast to the situation in π0γγ, a hypothetical violation of CP invariance in KL,Sγγ can, in principle, be detected by a measurement of the circular polarization of one of the two photons.
