Forward Photoproduction of a Charged Pion and

Abstract
The analysis of the reaction is considered and the influence of low- theorems in the near forward direction is discussed. It is shown that present preliminary experimental results are not inconsistent with the dominance of the amplitudes whose forms near are determined by low- theorems. Predictions are presented for and the spin-density matrix .
