Current Commutators and the Nonet in Electroproduction and Neutrino-Induced Production

Abstract
Commutators of the type , where is a vector or an axial-vector current, are expressed in terms of canonical meson fields. (More generally, a commutator involving the th time derivative is expressed in terms of fields of spin .) One consequence is that electromagnetic mass differences are finite. Predictions are made for electroproduction and neutrino-induced production; where comparisons are possible, the agreement with experiment is excellent.
