Measurements of the muonic Lamb shift in hydrogen have created what is known as the proton radius puzzle, in which different measurements of the proton radius (using electrons and muons) disagree. New data are anticipated for a similar comparison using He and He. These data require corrections such as the Zemach moments. The author extracts these moments using an analysis of world data.
