APS congratulates David DiVincenzo, Associate Editor of Reviews of Modern Physics and Director of the Institute of Theoretical Nanoelectronics at the Jülich Research Center, Professor of Physics at RWTH Aachen University, and part-time Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science at Delft University, on his induction into the National Academy of Sciences (NAS).
