Measurements of the muon anomalous magnetic moment from data taken at the Brookhaven AGS in 1998, 1999, & 2000, plus a world-average value. The latest value has higher precision and confirms the earlier measurements, but disagrees with the standard-model prediction by 2.6σ. This discrepancy may be an indication of new physics beyond the standard model.
