Experimental Consequences of a Horizontal Gauge Model for Nonconservation

Abstract
The experimental consequences of a model that links nonconservation with horizontal interactions and is based on the gauge group are investigated. The magnitude of the observed nonconservation and that of the mass difference constrain the horizontal gauge boson masses () such that . The model implies an extremely small value for . The branching ratio for could be greater than ≈ (≈ ). vanishes at the tree level. The contribution from the gauge sector, arising at two loops, is also discussed.
