Abstract

Using 58 million J/ψ events accumulated with the BES II detector, branching fractions for the ηcVV decays, ηcρρ, ηcK*K¯*, ηcωω, and ηcϕϕ, are measured. The branching fractions are Br(ηcρρ)=(1.23±0.37±0.50)×102, Br(ηcK*K¯*)=(10.3±2.6±4.3)×103, Br(ηcωω)<6.3×103 (90% C.L.), and Br(ηcϕϕ)=(2.5±0.5±0.9)×103. The process ηcωϕ is also searched for, and the 90% C.L. upper limit Br(ηcωϕ)<1.7×103 is obtained for this process.
