Discrete symmetries and neutrino masses

Abstract
We constructed a model of neutrino masses using Froggatt-Nielsen mechanism with flavor symmetry. The model predicts that at lepton number violating scale . It is shown that the small values for and are consequences of breaking discrete symmetries.
