Lower Bound on the Magnitude of the Rate of

Abstract
It is shown that a lower bound on the decay rate can be obtained by calculation of the absorptive part of the amplitude to which only the connected three-pion intermediate state contributes significantly. Some remarks on pole-model calculations are also included.
