Abstract
A model is presented for the decay , in which the amplitude is determined in terms of the amplitude for . The decay rate is found to be 13 . Using unitarity, a model-independent lower bound is obtained on the spectrum and decay rate of this reaction in the kinematical region , where is the invariant mass squared of the photon pair and and are the kaon and pion masses.
