Abstract

A functional derivation is presented of relativistic three-particle equations in configuration space. The equations are formulated in terms of two-particle attributes and the inhomogeneous terms are factorized in terms of the two-particle T matrix. The equations are further-more exhibited in a practicable form in which the kernel is connected and the inhomogeneous terms contain multiple-scattering contributions.
