Abstract

Nonforward scaling and the light-cone commutator are shown to require the existence of a Kronecker δ term in T1. The present data may be consistent with the possibility that this Kronecker δ term vanishes at t=0 and q2=. Analyticity implies a connection between scaling behavior and Regge behavior.
