Abstract

We represent the spectra for fast $π^{+}$ , $π^{-}$ , $K^{+}$ secondaries in $pp$ collisions in Reggeized forms that describe the experimental data measured at several energies and that scale at high energies. We relate the inclusive amplitudes obtained to backward elastic $π^{\pm} p$ , $K^{+} p$ scattering and predict both their relative magnitudes and their energy and angle dependence.
