Thermal properties of open-superstring models

Abstract
We investigate the one-loop mass shifts at finite temperature of the ground-state scalar mesons in a sequence of lower-dimensional open-superstring theories. Qualitative differences are seen in the behavior of the mass shifts for different space-time dimensions.
