Possibility of a sudden flip or disappearance of electromagnetic fields without photon emission

Abstract
We demonstrate in the sudden approximation that the rapid reversal or disappearance of the magnetic induction of the neutron’s dipole moment is dominantly a nonradiative process. This has important consequences for vacuum n-n¯ oscillations.
