Neutrinoless double-beta decay with Majoron emission

Abstract
The neutrinoless ββ decay with Majoron emission is examined in detail for the → and → transitions. Especially, the quantitative analysis is made on the correction term which was not dealt with properly before. We found that the correction term does not change the fundamental characters of the energy spectra of emitted electrons and the angular correlation obtained from the main term. The dominant contribution comes from the main term through two light neutrino propagations, except some special cases which have the large mixings between light and heavy neutrinos. Also it is shown that the → transition occurs only through the correction term, and it is by at least ∼ smaller than the → transition.

- We adopt in the analysis the following values of nuclear matrix elements for those in Ref. 26; | (1- )| =0.67 Ge), 0.48Se), 0.76Mo), 1.7Te), 1.5Te), and 0.64Xe), and | / |=0.047 Te) and 0.031 Te) for the nuclear matrix element appearing in the ( β β ) mode (Ref. 8). These values are obtained by multiplying the factor 1/=1/(1.254 to the theoretical estimates in Ref. 26 with the paticle correlation strength ==-390 MeVfm.
