We find no evidence for ${\nu }_{\mu }$ or ${\overline{\nu }}_{\mu }$ decays for any two-body decay mode in which a photon is emitted. The 90%-confidence-level limit which we set is $\frac{{\tau }_{{\nu }_{\mu }}}{M_{{\nu }_{\mu }}}>0.11\mathrm{}$, where $M_{{\nu }_{\mu }}$ is the mass of the muon neutrino in eV and ${\tau }_{{\nu }_{\mu }}$ is the muon-neutrino lifetime in seconds.
