Abstract
Solutions of Einstein's equation for a perfect fluid with geodesic world lines for the metric have been sought by Raychaudhuri and Maity [Phys. Rev. D 18, 3595 (1978)]. This note shows that the authors in the above-mentioned paper missed out certain solutions. These solutions are homogeneous in space.
