Abstract

A class of nonlinear Dirac equations is solved asymptotically in three space and one time dimensions, and it is shown that recent soliton solutions of the corresponding two-dimensional problem are special cases of these old solutions. The relation to the classical mass-eigenvalue problem is discussed.
