Is the relation of physical significance?

Abstract
It is shown that the present remarkable agreement between the previously predicted asymptotic limit of and the recently reported SLAC-LBL colliding-beam data with at 5 GeV center-of-mass energy is of physical significance if stays approximately constant for higher energies.
