We welcome Daniel Felinto (Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil), who joins the editorial staff of Physical Review A as a remote Associate Editor.
Daniel received his Ph.D. from the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil). After postdoctoral positions at University of São Paulo (Brazil) and Caltech (USA), he joined the Federal University of Pernambuco in 2006, where he is presently a full professor. His research involves a broad range of topics in quantum optics and atomic physics, with an emphasis on applications to the field of quantum information.
