Abstract

The electrostatic analyzer, previously used to determine the photodisintegration thresholds of deuterium and beryllium, has been used to measure the absolute energy of the K-conversion electrons from Cs137. A value of 625.2±0.9 kev was obtained, in agreement with the measurements of others.
