Ground-State Quasirotational Bands to in Produced by ()

Abstract
Measurements of the spectra, time distributions, angular distributions, and excitation functions of rays from () and () reactions producing the vibrators reveal that the most prominent rays are in →→→→ cascades. The energies and intensities exhibit remarkably regular systematics.
