Nuclear Forces and Decay Matrix Elements

Abstract
The matrix elements of decay are reduced to nonrelativistic form under the assumption that the nuclear Hamiltonian contains interactions involving odd operators. Particular attention is given to an interaction which gives rise to a spin orbit effect.
