The Parameters for the Slow Neutron Resonance in Rhodium

Abstract
Measurements of the 1.26-ev resonance in rhodium have been made with a crystal spectrometer and the following values were obtained for the parameters: ev, , ev, ev, and . The shape of the resonance agrees to very high accuracy with the one-level Breit-Wigner formula. The procedure is discussed for analyzing experimental data in cases where small corrections are required for instrument resolution and Doppler broadening.
