Abstract

The disintegration of Ag110 has been investigated using spectrometer and coincidence technique. The radiation contains a great number of β- and γ-components and the disintegration scheme is complicated. Four β-components and ten γ-rays have been found and their energies and intensities measured. The 225-day activity is due to an isomeric level in Ag, separated 116 kev from the 24-sec. ground level. The internal conversion coefficient of the γ-ray at 656 kev has been determined to be 2.5×103 by means of coincidence spectrometry. The disintegration scheme is discussed.
