Abstract
By coincidence counting of recoil deuterons in a proportional counter telescope the angular distribution for scattering has been measured using monoergic neutrons of 14-Mev energy. The measurements covered the angular range corresponding to neutrons being scattered at angles between 180° and 70° in the center of mass system, and by extrapolation an approximate curve was obtained over all angles. Upper limits can be placed on the probability of the disintegration process for ejection of protons in the angular range from 0° to 120° in the center of mass system.
