Deodhar has assumed the non-diagram lines $K{\beta }_3$, $K{\beta }^{\prime \prime \prime }$ and $K\eta$ to be satellites of the diagram line $K{\alpha }_1$, and not satellites of the diagram line $K{\beta }_1$ which they seem to accompany. His conclusion is due to the linearity of the satellite semi-Moseley graph, which results when $K{\alpha }_1$, and not $K{\beta }_1$, is considered to be the parent line of $K{\beta }_3$, $K{\beta }^{\prime \prime \prime }$ and $K\eta$. In the present note, the linearity of satellite data is shown to be entirely fortuitous. A study of the errors involved supports this conclusion. If we assume that these three non-diagram lines are really satellites of $K{\beta }_1$, the $\frac{\Delta \nu }{R}$ values which result, are of the same order of magnitude as the $\frac{\Delta \nu }{R}$ values for other satellites. The conclusion is that $K{\beta }_3$, $K{\beta }^{\prime \prime \prime }$ and $K\eta$ are probably satellites of the diagram line $K{\beta }_1$.
