Measurement of the Specific Heat of Nickel near Its Magnetic Critical Point

Abstract
The specific heat of a nominally 99.999% pure nickel single crystal has been measured to within . The measurements are consistent with power-law descriptions over almost four decades in both above and below . It is found that and .
