The American Physical Society (APS) has refreshed its APS Submissions Server, to provide ease of use and accessibility to first-time and returning authors across physics and related fields.
Although the core steps to submit research to the Physical Review journals remain the same, the revamped server provides a cleaner design, clearer navigation, and improved performance across different browsers, devices, and assistive tools. Enhanced accessibility support, including better screen reader compatibility, ensures a more inclusive experience.
Planned updates include:
* Improved file upload experience
* Optimized author affiliation extraction
* Clarified options for data availability statements
* A new feedback button to collect user input
Authors are encouraged to review the Web Submission Guidelines and begin using the upgraded system to submit manuscripts quickly and efficiently.
